
The myGRANT Home page:
A. The Contact ORS Helpline link takes you to a page with the contact information of the ORS Helpline along with tools to submit common requests.
B. The Action List, Doc Search, and Logout button:
- Action List: Provides a list of tasks waiting for a user action.
- Doc Search: The document search allows you to quick access a document in the myGRANT system if you have the document number.
- Logout: Allows you to logout of the system.
C. Common Actions and Tools:
- Create Proposal: Starts a new proposal.
- Find My Proposal: Locates previously saved proposals.
- My COI Dashboard: Takes you to your Conflict of Interest (COI) dashboard.
- ORS Helpline: Links to a page with the contact information of the ORS Helpline along with tools to submit common requests.
- Add a sponsor: Sends you to a form to request a new sponsor to be added to myGRANT.
- Add a performance site: Sends you to a form to request a new performance site to be added to myGRANT.
- User Guides: Links to the ORS website where the system guides are found.
- Delegations/Routing: Opens a tool that allows you to delegate your authority to approve proposals. It also provides a "Routing" link that allows you to view the approvers for a given department.
- Award Status: Sends you to the Award Status Log, where you can find the state of your awards.
