University of Hawai‘i Animal Welfare and IACUC Service Fee Schedule
The Animal Welfare Program Office administers service fee charges for Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) protocol development, review, and approval for non-UH Entity users. Also aligned with the service fee schedule are associated costs for conducting facility and performance site inspections or monitoring for non-Entity users and on a case-by-case basis UH Entity users.
